Refunds, Returns and Orders
Ordering
The majority of orders are currently ‘made to order’. Each order takes between 2 to 3 weeks to be made and shipped. Please allow at least 4 weeks from payment clearing.

Returns
Oscar Keene offers returns on garments and items (not including custom made) that are returned within 14 days of receiving your online order. Items which have been altered to fit the client are non-refundable.
Returns are processed within 3 working days of return date.
Refunds are offered via the original payment method.
Oscar Keene can also offer exchanges, subject to product availability at the time.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned garments and items to Oscar Keene
Oscar Keene is not responsible for return parcels lost in transit.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN:
Garments must be unworn and in their original condition. This means that they should be clean, with original tags attached and in their original packaging, with no deodorant, perfume or makeup stains. Any returns garments that don’t meet these requirements will not be accepted.
Earrings cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygiene reasons.
Oscar Keene reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
AFTER PAY PURCHASES:
If you have purchased using Afterpay and your return qualifies for a refund you will be credited back through your chosen platform. If your return requires a credit note you will continue to make payments until the item is paid for and we will issue you a credit note as usual when we receive the returned item.
